The whole audit is free. Pay only for what comes after.

Every check, every finding and every fix is in the free report — it is not a trial and it does not expire. What is paid is what comes next: the tool watches four answer engines and tells you when your position moves, from $29 a month; done-for-you is our team implementing the fixes. Two separate things, sold separately. Most people never need the second one, and we would rather say so than sell it.

Lane 2 · Done for you

Our team does the work.

These consume real hours, so they are capacity-limited and we say so on the page rather than after the call. Every engagement starts from your own report, which means the scope is already written and there is nothing to negotiate about what is wrong.

Action Plan

$300 one-time

You have the report. This turns it into a sequenced 90-day plan your own developer can execute, with a call to argue it out.

  • Your report reviewed line by line by an engineer, not a template
  • Every finding ranked by points recoverable per hour of work
  • A 90-day plan split into what to do this week, this month, this quarter
  • Written so your existing developer can execute it without us
  • 60-minute call to go through it and answer the awkward questions
  • One follow-up re-audit after 30 days, included
One domain
Delivered within 5 working days

Limited slots — this is a person's time, not a subscription.

Managed

$1,800 per month

The Sprint, then the ongoing content and entity work that actually moves a brand into answers. Deliberately capacity-limited.

  • Everything in Sprint and Monitor
  • Four answer-first pages written and published every month
  • Directory and citation-source placement — the sources engines actually quote
  • Entity graph maintenance across Wikidata, Crunchbase and Google Business
  • Hindi content lane for Indian search and Indian assistants
  • Monthly reporting call
  • Quarterly strategy review
Three-month minimum

Who does the work

The roles on a done-for-you engagement

Named by role rather than by face, because the role is what you are buying — and because we would rather list six responsibilities we can be held to than six photographs.

AI Readiness Engineer

Owns the audit and the re-audit. Runs the crawler probes, reads the edge logs, and decides what is actually blocking you.

Infrastructure & Edge Specialist

Cloudflare, WAF rules, robots.txt, CDN and origin configuration. The person who unblocks the crawler without opening a hole.

Schema & Entity Specialist

Structured data, sameAs graphs, Wikidata and Google Business. Makes the brand a thing a model can resolve, not a string it can read.

Answer-First Content Writer

Rewrites pages so an answer can be lifted from them cleanly, in English and Hindi. This is the part most vendors skip.

Indexing & Distribution

Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow, sitemaps, feeds, and the directory sources answer engines quote from.

QA & Verification

Re-runs every check after the work and publishes the before-and-after. Nothing is reported as fixed until it is measured as fixed.

One thing we will not do. Promise a ranking. No vendor controls what an answer engine says, and a guarantee in this category is a guarantee that somebody is going to be disappointed. What we commit to is the measurable part: the before-and-after score, published, with the evidence.
Why the prices look like this

Two different products wearing one category name

A tool, not a retainer

The tracking tiers are software you switch on and cancel yourself. Some vendors have no plan below $599 a month, because every plan carries consulting hours you are billed for whether you use them or not. Plenty of good tools cost less than that. Ours are priced as the tool alone, and the hours are a separate decision.

Hours should cost hours money

Rewriting ten pages so an answer can be lifted from them, fixing a WAF without opening a hole, and building an entity graph are all somebody's day. That is what the Sprint and Managed tiers are, and they are priced accordingly rather than hidden inside a subscription.

India and export are the same product

The USD column is not a different tier list. It is the same work at the rate that market pays, shown openly instead of quoted differently depending on who is asking.

The free tier is not a trial

It does not expire, downgrade or withhold the fixes. The complete audit with every finding is free because the number sells the work better than a sales call ever could.

Questions

Pricing and product

Is this SEO?
No, and treating it as SEO is the common mistake. Classic SEO competes for ten blue links. This decides whether an answer engine names your brand inside an answer, where there are no ten links — usually three sources, and often only one. The technical work overlaps in places and diverges completely in others.
Why is the free check actually free?
Because the number sells the fix better than a sales call could. It is not a trial, it does not expire, and no card is asked for. We would rather you saw the real result and decided for yourself.
Why is the paid tool cheaper than the agencies?
Because you are buying the tool, not a retainer. Some vendors have no plan below $599 a month, because every plan carries consulting hours you pay for whether you use them or not. We sell the two separately, so you pay for the part you actually use — and add our people later, if you ever want to. Other tools are priced near ours; the difference there is the live crawler probe, the Hindi prompt set and the Indian buyer queries, not the price.
Do you need access to my site?
No. Everything in the free check and in tracking is measured from outside, exactly the way an AI crawler sees you. Nothing is installed and no login is asked for. The optional AI traffic tracker is one line of JavaScript, and it is your choice.
Will running this slow my server down?
No. The whole audit is a few dozen requests spaced deliberately apart, with a hard per-host request budget and a circuit breaker that stops the run if your server pushes back. We overloaded a server once, learned from it, and built the guard.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?
No, and anybody who does is selling you something. Answer engines are not deterministic and no vendor controls their ranking. What is controllable is whether they can reach you, read you and resolve you as an entity — that is the prerequisite, and it is what we measure and fix.
How is this different from the AI-visibility feature in Semrush or Ahrefs?
Those measure whether you appear. We start one step earlier, at whether you are reachable at all, and we test it live against your firewall rather than reading it off robots.txt. We also run in Hindi as well as English, on the questions Indian buyers actually type — which is where a global tool tests nothing.
What does the score not tell me?
Whether an engine currently recommends you. Readiness is a precondition, not a result. A site can score 100 and still never be named, because nobody has written about it. That gets measured on the paid tiers, and we keep the two numbers separate on purpose.
Can I cancel?
Any month, from the dashboard, without an email to anybody. Annual plans are billed yearly and are not pro-rated on cancellation — that is the trade for the two free months.
Who is behind this?
ByteFlow Technologies Pvt Ltd, an Ujjain-based software and digital marketing company. The same team runs Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO for Indian businesses, and built this after discovering that several of our own websites were quietly blocking AI crawlers.

Nothing on this page makes sense until you have seen your own number. Run it first — the plan you need will be obvious from the result.
